Nice interior designing. Ice cream was pretty fast and delicious, would not recommend the dirty mint flavor. They have both outdoor and indoor seating as well. Presentation could be better but an overall great experience.
We went around 3 on July 27th, a Thursday. It wasn't busy but I do have some complaints. The prices are really high. For 2 people it was $20. Another complaint I had was the service. The woman who took our order didn't talk to us at all and she did not seem friendly. Then we got our order, we said thank you and we got no response. We said thank you about 2 or 3 times before walking away. Nothing was said to us while we were there. There was no music playing either so it was just dead silent. The service was quick though and it tasted good so that is good. I understand that food service of any kind is hard but a hello or a little kindness is always appreciated.
Store moderately busy on arrival. Facility easy to access from NW Expressway. Store clean and organized. Greeted promptly and cheerfully. Tons of options to select from. Fantastic flavors. I was amazed at the crafting and rolling process and how easy the staff made it look! Ice cream looked fantastic and was absolutely delicious! Great job. Highly recommend!
This is honestly one of my favorite I’ve cream places. I ordered coffee rolled icecream and it was so good and absolutely recommend. And also the service was great and workers are nice.
We got the Mississippi mud and our granddaughter got the candy crush. The ice is really good. The price is a little high. We paid right at 14 for 1 ice cream with a bubble waffle and then 8 for an ocecream gor our granddaughter. The staff was not overfriendly at all.
Polite personnel, but less than mediocre product. The chocolate ice cream did not taste like chocolate, and neither did the hot fudge. Highly overpriced given the blandness. $20 for two cups of boring.
The experience was pretty nice. Really bright colors and simple, yet comfortable dining room to make the experience relaxed. The ice cream was not what I expected (in a good way at least). I order the dark forest which, in my opinion, was a bit basic. I will return to try more flavors but I'll bring my daughter next time. Thank you guys, looking forward to my next big adventure here coming soon.
The ice cream cakes are so worth it! Fantastic service every time I've been. Highly recommend!!
